WHAT HAPPENS FIRST?
The first thing to do is establish whether we can deliver the service that will meet your particular needs and if your designer is someone you would like to work with, this is done in a free initial consultation. During this first meeting our services are fully explained, you get to see examples of past work and you have the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have. We ask that you bring along your current plans or dimensions and some images showing the style/s that you are thinking of incorporating.
Design Brief & Sitemeasure - As long as you can put a tick alongside the above questions, then the next step is to organize a sitemeasure (or in the case of new build – copy of your plans) and complete a design brief. Once completed - this information allows us to give you meaningful advice, as well as recommend which of our service options will best suit your requirements.
Philosophy - The main idea that drives our work is: Each and every client and home we design for is different and that it is your home, not ours that we are designing. You can therefore rest assured that rather than imposing our own tastes, we will listen to what it is you want - then take your hand and lead you through the process of developing the solution that best fits your unique requirements as well as those of your home.
